FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you ship internationally?

-Yes, international shipping is available for most regions.  Please see more info on our international orders page.  Some items may not be available for international shipping.

Can I visit your showroom? 

-Our showroom is open to the public and located in Greenwich Village on the 2nd floor at:

31 West 8th street, New York, NY 10011

Business hours: Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm

*Note that all products listed online may not be available for purchase in store due to limited inventory.

Do you offer in store pickup/curbside pickup?

-We are currently unable to offer “ship to store” services, or curbside pickupHowever, purchases can be made at our showroom.

Can I make a purchase over the phone?

-For security reasons we do accept payment by phone.

Order Processing

  • Most orders are processed within one to two business days (processing time does not include weekends and major holidays).
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following business day.
  • Orders with Priority Shipping (Second Day and Overnight) will be processed the same day if received by 12:00 PM EST
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Can I return my purchase if I don't like it?

-Yes. All returns must be returned within 60 days from receipt date, be in new unused condition and include original product packaging. For more information, see our Return Policy

Have you received my return?

-Please allow up to 3-7 business days for us to receive and process your return. You can always contact us at info@cocktailkingdom.com with any questions.

When will I receive my refund?

-Once the refunds are processed please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear back to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take longer. 

Can I make exchanges?

-Sorry, we do not provide an exchange option at this time.  Although, products can be returned for a refund.

I just purchased a gift certificate online, will I be receiving a hard copy? 

-Our gift cards are electronic only and are available for immediate use after purchase. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with your gift card information.

How do I know if the product is dishwasher safe? 

-Most of our Stainless Steel products are dishwasher safe. Please refer to the specific product page for more information. Please note, any plated items are not recommended for dishwashers and should be handled with care. 

Can I cancel or amend my order?

-Once your order has been placed it cannot be modified or canceled.  Our shipping team moves fast and prides themselves on our quick turn around for order fulfillment.  Please double check your order items and shipping address when completing your order.

What if my product is damaged or defective or missing a part?

-Contact us at info@cocktailkingdom.com with a description & photo of the affected product.

What would I do if I didn't receive my shipment?

-Please contact our customer service team within (30) days of the ship date. 

How will I know when this item will be back in stock?

-We encourage you to sign up for the product alert on our website. 

Where is your product made?

-Our products are manufactured in Europe, Asia and the United States. For a specific product please contact us at info@cocktailkingdom.com.

Do you ship to a PO BOX?

-We regret that we are unable to offer shipping to P.O. Box addresses at this time.

Do you ship to a Military address?

-Standard shipping to APO, FPO and DPO addresses is available.  Due to delivery handling time some destinations may take up to 21 days.  Please contact us at info@cocktailkingdom.com for more details if you wish to ship to a military address.

I mistyped my delivery address, how can I change it? 

-Contact us at info@cocktailkingdom.com or call us at 212-647-9166 immediately!  Our shipping team moves fast so we cannot guarantee the change can be made, but we will do our best.

I received the wrong order .What do I do?

-Please contact at info@cocktailkingdom.com

I haven’t received my order confirmation email. 

-An automated email is sent when your order has been successfully processed. Please check both your inbox and spam folder, in case you may have missed it. If you still have not received your order confirmation, and you have been charged, please contact us at info@cocktailkingdom.com or call us at 212-647-9166.

Do you offer free shipping?

-We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Tracking has shown no progress/stuck in one location/delayed

Does Cocktail Kingdom offer Coupons? 

-We currently do not offer any coupons.  Any references to Cocktail Kingdom  Coupon Code" or "Cocktail Kingdom Discount code " on other sites are not valid. 

Where do I enter my Gift Card Code? 

-Gift card codes can be entered when viewing your shopping cart, located under the list of products.
